How long does shipping take?

Do you accept returns?

What if my item arrives damaged?
Please contact the NABS store team within 7 days with photos of the item and packaging.
Membership
How do I become a NABS member?
Visit the membership section on our website and complete the online registration process.
Do I have to belong to a local club to join NABS?
No. Individual memberships are available.
Summit & Events
Can non-divers attend the NABS Summit?
Yes. Many Summit activities are open to both divers and non-divers.
Do I have to stay at the host resort for the Summit?
Yes. Summit participants are required to stay within the official event room block.
Are Summit registration fees refundable?
Registration fees, deposits, and travel packages are generally non-refundable.
Store & Merchandise
Can I purchase Summit merchandise if I’m not attending?
Yes. Many NABS items are available online while supplies last.
